J.E.E.P. Spring Trail Ride 2022 Tickets, Sat, Apr 30, 2022 at 9:00 AM | Eventbrite
TICKET INFORMATION: Tickets are per person and include the AOAA fees. There is a separate driver and a separate passenger ticket. Everyone needs a ticket. Tickets must include the name of the person attending. You will purchase a ticket for a specific group and trail guide based on the difficulty/trails you want to do that day. There will be no day of registration. Each group has a cap set by the guide so buy early, this event may sell out! There is also a donation "ticket" available at the bottom of the ticket page. This donation will go directly to our cause, but this does not sign you up for the ride by itself. We will also have a donation box the day of for cash only donations. Ticket sales will end when the event is sold out or Friday April 29th at 10am, whichever comes first. AOAA SEASON PASS HOLDERS: If you are a 2022 season pass holder for AOAA please email J.E.E.P. at jeepenthusiastsofeasternpa@gmail.com BEFORE purchasing your tickets.
Items of note from the EventBrite site: ARRIVAL: Please arrive with a full tank of gas and bring your own packed lunch and non-alcoholic beverages for the day. We will be setting up differently from previous years to better the experience. You will drive past the entrance to the pavilion area to the overflow parking lot at the back of the parking lot. Upon entering the overflow area someone from J.E.E.P. will be checking you in. CHECK IN 8:45am-9:45am: We will check you in right in your Jeep, no need to go to the trailhead. If you arrive early and we are not there, please wait outside the overflow area. We will verify everyone in your Jeep has signed a waiver. Please have everyone, including all passengers, sign the waiver before April 29th. We will then verify the driver's registration and all the passengers' registration with first and last names, and the group you signed up for. Once you are checked in, we will show you where to line up. You will drive around the back of the event field and line up directly behind your guide. PREP YOUR JEEP 8:45am-9:45am: Once you are parked in your group, please immediately prepare your Jeep for the day by putting your Jeep in 4WD Low, airing down your tires, disconnecting sway bars, etc. If you have any questions on how to get ready for the day, please ask your guide, they are there to help. GUIDE MEETING 9:30am-9:45am: All guides will meet together to discuss forms of communication, channel numbers & routes. DRIVER MEETING 9:45am-10:00am: We will have a short drivers meeting to go over a few details for the day. HIT THE TRAILS: 10:00am-4:00pm Your guide will go over some important need to know information for the day and you will hit the trails! CHARITY: April 30th is National Adopt A Shelter Pet Day so this year we are supporting 2 charities with this ride; The Sanctuary at Haafsville (sponsored by J.E.E.P.) & The pet pantry of Lancaster County (sponsored by Evolution Jeep Alliance) If you would like to bring a food or supply donation to benefit the pet shelters, you can find out what they need by checking their websites: The Sanctuary at Haafsville: https://www.thesanctuarypa.org/donate/ Pet Pantry of Lancaster County: https://petpantrylc.org/support-us/
